  • Yes!

    Each list has its own set of unique product leads every weekday. If you are a subscriber to multiple lists or tiers, you may see some leads re-appear from one list to another and there are a few key reasons why this happens including:

    • If the list has changed tiers (either up or down), we would consider it a unique lead however we would not relist it in a different list or tier for at least 2 months.

    • If we come across/source the same product that belongs in the same tier (i.e Canada Gold 1 and Canada Gold 2), it may end up being used in the other list in that tier but not for at least 2 months.

    • If a lead is viable in a different marketplace, we would consider it a unique lead, such as if an item is a viable Canada to Canada lead and a Canada to US lead, it may appear in both a Canada specific and a Canada to US list.

  • No.

    Although we do everything we can to vet all of our leads (each lead is always looked over and vetted by an experienced Amazon seller), Amazon and e-commerce in general is an ever changing environment. Products that were once profitable could die in a week's time due to other sellers killing the price, Amazon getting on the listing or the listing becoming restricted.

    With our experience & expertise, these risks will be minimized however these risks will still be, and will always be present with any products you sell on Amazon or any other third party platform.

  • No we do not.

    If you are registered for GST and/or your local provincial sales tax (PST,QST, HST etc.), in most cases you should be able to claim back these taxes paid on items (however, you should always check with your accountant for your own individual situation).

    Because of this, we do not include taxes in our profit calculations.

  • In short, probably not.

    In order for a service like ours to be beneficial to you, you need to have some knowledge and experience with Amazon along with enough capital to buy products from our lists. If you are unable or unwilling to purchase products, you will not realize any profits.

    However, if you have tried Amazon & have struggled with finding good, profitable products and you have some capital to purchase inventory, a service like ours can be a great jump start and give you a good base knowledge of what type of products to keep a lookout for.

  • Our lead lists consist of products in every single category & almost any brand you can think of. Inevitably there will likely be some leads provided that you will be unable to sell.

    We however do our best to include a variety of leads in different categories & from different brands and retailers each day to ensure there is always something for everyone.

    Our lists will also not include any hazmat items.

  • We have been selling on Amazon ourselves for over 5 years and are currently full-time, 7 figure sellers with a small team of employees and VA’s.

    We specialize in OA, RA & Wholesale on both the Canadian and American FBA market.

    Our team has a combined 10+ years experience in the e-commerce space & we have tried and tested models to source continuously profitable products from many different sources.

  • We pride ourselves on consistently providing fresh, new leads every single weekday however there are some occasions where you may see a lead re-appearing on the same list.

    The following are the reasons why you may see a lead being re-used on any specific list:

    1. The lead was found from another source for considerably less (typically about 10% or more).

    We always do our best to ensure we are finding our leads as cheaply as possible but from time to time, an item may be restocked at one source for a lower price than the lead we had listed, a retailer may run a sale, or we may have missed the cheaper price from a different retailer so in order to provide the best profit possible to our members, we will relist the lead in this case.

    2. The lead is out of stock from the original source (typically the lead will not be relisted for at least 1 - 2 months from the original listing).

    We relist these leads from new sources as a service to our members who may have sold through their original stock and are wanting to repurchase this inventory but the source we provided is out of stock.

    If an item is relisted for another specific reason, a note will be provided explaining why.

    If you see a lead being relisted that does not meet this criteria, please report it to us so we can investigate further.

  • Although we do everything we can to ensure all of our leads are 100% accurate, mistakes can happen.

    We always want to make things right when a mistake was made which is the purpose of our replacement lead policy.

    If a lead is incorrect compared to the Amazon listing (such as an incorrect size, different flavor etc.), we will replace it within 7 days of the lead being provided.

    The reason for the day limitation is because items can change or be updated on both the retailer and Amazon’s end which is out of our control.

  • We source from a wide variety of retailers across Canada and the US.

    Our regular sourcing list for Canadian retailers consists of 900+ retailers.

  • While all of our leads are vetted and checked for stock status immediately before sending to the group, we cannot guarantee they will be in stock or listed at the same price by the time you look at the list. It is best to look at the list as soon as possible to ensure you can take advantage of any low stock items or last minute sales.

  • We automatically include additional expenses that you are likely to incur in our profit calculations.

    The additional expenses we include for our Canadian lists are:

    • 30 cents per pound (based on the weight data on Amazon’s website for each product) for shipping costs to Amazon warehouses within Canada.

    • 50 cents per unit for regular prep costs (this would include things such as labels, poly bags, box space, labour cost etc.).

    For the Canada to US lists, the additional expenses we include are:

    • 50 cents per pound (based on the weight data on Amazon’s website for each product) for shipping costs to Amazon warehouses in the US.

    • $2 per unit for regular prep costs (this would include things such as labels, poly bags, box space, labour cost, costs to bring the items over the border etc.).

    Keep in mind that all of these additional costs are estimates only and are there so you can get a realistic idea of what you will actually profit from each item.

    Your specific costs (such as shipping costs, additional prep center costs, labour etc.) may differ from our estimations.

Membership FAQs

  • At this time, we do not offer any free trials.

    On the rare occasion we will offer a discount on some select lists. If you want the be the first to know, be sure to join our mailing list.

  • Due to the nature of our services, once your subscription begins, no refunds will be given on payments already made.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time and will continue to have access until the end of the period you have paid for.

  • To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

    1) Login to your account on www.serendipityoa.ca

    2) Click the "Account" tab in the top right hand corner

    3) Click "Subscriptions"

    4) Click on the subscription you would like to manage/cancel

    5) Click "Cancel Subscription"

    Your subscription will remain valid until the end of your current term that has been paid for.

  • A fresh list will be sent via email to each subscriber every day Monday - Friday no later than 10:00AM Central (Saskatchewan) Standard Time.

  • Once you subscribe to the list(s) of choice, you will be automatically added to our roster & will begin receiving your list(s) via email on the next business day (Monday - Friday) no later than 10am CST (SK) time.

    If you do not receive the email in this time frame, please check your junk mail. If you are unable to find your list, please contact us by email at: support@serendipityoa.ca
